“I do believe this, once he (Danny) started, he was trying to get off of it. He didn’t want to be addicted to it. He didn’t want to be dependent on anything. When he didn’t take the drugs, his body was in pain. It was a very painful withdrawal, so it made him do it again. He was addicted to opioids.”
